Recently, our friends Alex and Iris visited the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. They had the pleasure of meeting David, a Bellman, who was pleased to pose with his favorite tool for providing excellent customer service. Always keeping his head up, David understands how important first impressions are. My wife, Jennifer and I are excited to stay at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa this July and celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Besides looking for some much-needed rest and relaxation, we are excited to meet with Kristyna – F & B Coordinator, Michael – Front Office Manager, and Stephen – Room Service Manger, who have been ordering the DoorPRO Doorstop for their staff for over 10 years.
